DTV is a non-professional Deadlock fan project. Here is, plainly, what data is processed and why. Data controller: the site's publisher (see the Legal notice).
Steam sign-in: we store your SteamID64, username and public avatar. Legacy accounts created with an email keep their email and a hashed password (never plain text). We also keep the content you post (posts, comments, guides, reviews, predictions) and technical server logs (IP address, timestamp) retained for at most 12 months for security purposes. Legal basis: performance of the service for your account and content, legitimate interest for security.
We use Rybbit, a privacy-friendly analytics tool self-hosted in the EU, only if you accept it through the banner (legal basis: consent). It measures audience in aggregate and no data is ever sold or shared. Your sign-in token is stored in your browser's localStorage: it is strictly necessary for your account to work and is not used for tracking.
Your account data is kept for as long as the account exists, then deleted. Technical logs are purged after at most 12 months. Everything is hosted within the European Union (Hetzner, Germany); no data is transferred outside the EU.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, port and object to the processing of your data. The site is intended for people aged 15 and over. To exercise a right or delete your account, write to contact@dtv.gg. If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in France: CNIL, cnil.fr).
For any question about your data: contact@dtv.gg.
