By creating an account or posting content on DTV, you accept these terms.
DTV is a free community site covering the Deadlock esports scene: matches, teams, rankings, news, forums, guides and community games (predictions with no stakes or money prizes). The service is provided “as is”, with no guarantee of availability or data accuracy.
Accounts are created via Steam. You must be at least 15 years old (or have parental consent). You are responsible for your account's security. You can request the deletion of your account at any time (see the Privacy policy).
Content you post (forum posts, comments, guides, reviews) must comply with the law: no hateful, defamatory, discriminatory or harassing content, no sexual content, no spam or advertising, no content infringing third-party rights. You keep ownership of your content and grant DTV a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on the site.
The team may remove any content that breaches these terms and suspend or delete the accounts involved, without notice in case of serious breach. Moderation is performed by humans; no automated decisions are made.
Any user can report illegal content by writing to contact@dtv.gg with the content's URL and the reason. In line with the EU Digital Services Act (DSA), reports are reviewed diligently.
Displayed statistics, rankings and ratings are computed from community sources and provided for information only. DTV cannot be held liable for decisions made based on this data, nor for user content prior to its moderation.
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
